Username/Password

I forgot my username/password. Can you tell me what it is?

How do I post a photo?

To upload a photo directly from your computer.   After you log in to your profile, go to My Photo Page, and follow the instructions.

How long will it take for my photo to appear?

Normal posting time for photos is immediate! Our team must approve each photo to maintain the quality of matches available through Muslim Marriage Consultants.com, so objectionable photos are deleted.

My photo does not appear correctly.

All photos are formatted or cropped to fit our display requirements.  It usually takes 24 hours for us to format photos posted, though we try to fix them quicker.

I'm following all the guidelines and still having trouble posting photos. Do you have any suggestions?

Photo uploading requirements

  1. All photos are must be in .jpg format, only.
  2. No larger than 50k in file size.
  3. Image display size is 100 pixels wide by 145 pixels tall.
  4. Choose a solo photo with a close view of your face.
  5. Photo should be close up of your head and shoulder.
  6. Only one photo per profile will be displayed.
  7. Please note that you must appear alone in the photo (we will not post photos of groups, children, nature or pets, ect.)
  8. Nudity, obscenity, sexual or otherwise offensive photos will not be posted.
  9. Any photo that displays email addresses or other information will be deleted.
  10. Please note that all photos will be cropped to fit the allotted website photo space.

Why am I not getting very many matches?

The criteria in your profile may be not  too specific. Go to My Preferences and try to Adjust them.

Why am I not getting very many/any responses?

You may want to edit your self and partner description and expand upon what you have already got there. Want to increase you chances of getting a response? Post a photo. Research shows that profiles with photos are 10 times more like to receive a response. When you contact other members, remember to tell more about yourself and ask questions. This gives your potential match even more reason to write back.

On the more technical side, many people have more than one email address. Make sure you're using your registered e-mail address. If you're not receiving any responses at all, you may have a "Spam-guard" in place that is keeping email from Muslim Marriage Consultants.com from reaching you. Anonymous Messaging

How is the message I send to other members anonymous?

We respect your privacy and will keep your actual email address confidential. You'll never see it or your real name displayed at Muslim Marriage Consultants.com, and all written communication from other members will be directed directly to your mailbox. Since this is all kept within our system, no data will be disclosed. Our messaging system will then notify your intended recipient(s) of the messages waiting in their mailbox.

Saving Correspondence: In your mailbox you will notice an inbox as well as a sent messages folder. Simply go to the Sent messages folder to view sent messages.

Once you become a paying member, your subscription will be auto-renewed monthly. Anytime you would like to choose a different subscription plan or terminate your subscription, please feel free to contact us. Trial memberships are auto-renewed at the one month rate.

How do I terminate my paid membership without any additional charges?

You can send an email to us.
BEFORE your subscription expires. We will terminate your membership and stop billing you. Your profile is still kept on our site so that you can continue to respond other profiles of interest. Unless you directly remove your profile.

How can I delete my profile?

We have automatic unsubscribe, simply click on Remove My Profile and it will be removed.  Unless you are a paid member, contact us with your request.
