Paid Membership Service Agreement

Muslim Marriage Consultants is a service with the intention of creating a Healthy and Halal forum enabling Muslims to be introduced for the purpose of marriage or friendship.
  1. The membership will automatically be renewed for your convenience until you cancel. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Management. Any request for a refund will need to be made in writing with your contact information included.  Be sure to include in the email: your reason for the refund, along with your contact information and a Muslim Marriage Consultants representative will contact you the next business day.
  2. We are not responsible for any memberships that are purchased and not used or used only partially by the member.  No refunds will be given for this purpose.
  3. If service is not available for you, due to a server error on OUR part, we will guarantee your lost time with time credit for your account. Send all requests for time compensation to us along with your contact information. Include the exact date and time our service was unavailable to you in your email.  After we verify the date and time with our server we will contact you.
  4. You may pay with your credit card online by using our secure server and feel safe about using the internet.  All of our internet transactions are guaranteed secure by WorldPay, Paypal, and Ibill. Please contact us if you need more technical information about the security of our service. One of Software Engineers will contact you with all requested information.
  5. Charges will appear on your credit card bill from WebTek Global Solutions.
